Edenborough Ltd. is currently seeking to fill a Customer Service/Office Admin position.

 Specific Duties Include but are not limited to:

· Customer Service: Customer support by phone and/or email

· Product Sales Support: Provide product sales support to end customers and Sales Reps.

· Customer Order Management: Order tracking, discrepancy resolution and expediting

· Office Admin: Including but not limited to invoicing, filing

· Online Catalogue maintenance

· Overnight Travel: Out of town trade show twice annually

 The Ideal Candidate will have:

· Strong customer service skills

· Impeccable telephone etiquette

· Professional and pleasant manner with excellent verbal and written communication skills

· French/English bilingual an asset

· Proficient (intermediate level) Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher

· Ability to prioritize and organize workload

· Ability to work well in a team environment

· Attention to detail, problem solving and interpersonal skills

· Confident, organized, self-motivated
