Administrative Assistant (full-time permanent)
Community Care Concepts is a non-profit organization that provides services to enable seniors and adults with unique needs to remain independent in their own homes throughout the Townships of Woolwich, Wellesley and Wilmot.
We are searching for a full-time Administrative Assistant to perform administrative and clerical tasks in a busy office environment.
Duties include providing exceptional customer service, maintaining client accounts and client service records, and providing support to the organization’s finance, human resource, IT, facility, program and administrative needs.
The ideal candidate will possess a diploma or degree in administrative services accompanied by 3-5 years of experience working in an administrative role. Strong administrative, word processing and data entry skills are essential. The position also requires a general understanding and aptitude for accounting principles.
Exceptional customer service skills, strong oral and written communication skills, time management skills, an ability to work independently and strong problem-solving skills are essential. A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle is essential for this role.
